Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the product: account email, organization name, and the workspace content you create (firm profile, products, plans, accounts). We never collect payment details directly — Stripe handles all card data.

How we use your data

• Authentication and access control (Supabase).
• AI generation: the prompts and firm/product context you provide are sent to Anthropic to generate plan sections.
• Billing: Stripe processes payment, manages subscriptions, and receives the minimum metadata to attribute payments to your organization.
• Operational telemetry: anonymised event analytics (PostHog) and error reports (Sentry) help us improve the product. Neither system receives your email or workspace content.

Data shared with AI providers

When you generate a plan section, the content you provide (descriptions, customer notes, positioning) is sent to Anthropic. Anthropic does not train on data sent through the API. AI outputs are drafts; verify facts and figures before relying on them.

Your rights

You can export every row your organization holds at any time (Settings → Workspace → Export). You can delete your organization permanently (Settings → Workspace → Danger zone), which removes all associated data via cascade delete.

Cookies and storage

We use cookies to persist your session and your cookie preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. Analytics is opt-in via the cookie banner.
