You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that happens in your organization. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not use the product to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property. You may not attempt to bypass the rate limits or quotas, reverse-engineer the AI behaviour, or extract content from other organizations.
The product generates drafts using third-party AI models. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it for sales, marketing, or strategic decisions.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan from the billing tab. Refunds are case-by-case; contact us within 14 days.
The product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app banner before they take effect.
