Vertica uses the third-party services below to process customer data on our behalf. Each is bound by its own data-processing terms. We update this list when a subprocessor is added or removed.

Some Vertica features send your content to a third-party account that you connect yourself. These are not subprocessors: you choose the vendor, you hold the account and the contract with it, and nothing is sent until you ask for it.
Mailchimp — when you connect your own Mailchimp account, the email copy you select is created there as a draft campaign, together with the from-name and reply-to address you enter. Vertica never sends a campaign, and reads nothing from your account beyond the names of your audiences and how many contacts each holds. Disconnecting removes our access.
